Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Boalloy has acquired Spanish bodybuilder Lecanox, taken a "substantial" stake in French bodybuilder Behm SA, and built a new production site at Tautliner Europa in the Netherlands.

These moves reflect the ambitious European growth plans of Boalloy's parent company, Marling Industries. Peter Heid, Marling's chairman, says: "Tautliner is in its infancy in Europe and we are making enormous efforts putting new facilities in place there."

Lecanox, based to the north of Madrid, is set to become the centre of BoaRoy's operations in Spain, producing 20 complete bodies and kits each week.

In France, the acquisition of a stake in Behm consolidates a relationship in which the French company has built up to 40 Boalloy bodies a week under licence. Boalloy now plans to double French output.

The expansion of manufacturing in the Netherlands at Tautliner Europa is planned to double capacity to around 20 bodies a week, and assist Boalloy in its plan for the Scandinavian and German markets.
