Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE CONTRACTOR carrying out the Al(M) Roestock-Stanborough scheme at Hatfield has been told to keep two lanes open in each direction on the dual carriageway section while the major repair work to the M1 takes place between July 2 and 16.

Transport Minister Lynda Chalker told MPs that there would be a change in the junction layout at Roehyde on the single carriageway section but it was not expected to cause extra delays.

There would be no other road works on the Al between Ba!dock and London during that fortnight.
