• In order to attract a larger number of graduates to the industry, the RTITB is allowing special incentive grants to companies who recruit such men and provide them with management training.
Since the scheme started in August 1970, 95 graduates have joined transport companies: 50 to hauliers, and some 20 each to the passenger transport and garage sectors of the industry.
