THE DEPARTMENT of Transport has produced a new guide to goods vehicles drivers' hours.
Available for £2 net from Her Majesty's Stationery Offices, it lists national, international, and domestic rules, and includes an appendix on record keeping, including tachographs.
It includes some interpretations of the law, where this is rot absolutely clear, but DTp points out that final interpretation of the law can only be done in the Courts.
