RENAULT is to introduce a new 24-hour recovery service in Britain and on the Continent for users of all Renault commercial vehicles. The company will also provide emergency cold storage and security parking.
The company says that all Renault and Saviem vehicles will qualify under the scheme, which is free — but repairs have to be paid for. The company is aiming to bring in its Europe-wide 1,000-dealer network to the scheme.
