Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

T`HE maximum gross vehicle weight 1 rating of all Austin 10/12-cwt. and Morris J.4 van and pick-up models intended for export markets has been increased from 36 to 38 cwt., provided the optional 6A0-14 (6-ply) tyres are fitted.

While the increase applies at present to exported vehicles only, it appears not unlikely that those for the home market will eventually follow the trends begun early this year when the maximum gross weight ratings of Austin 152 and Morris 7.2 models were increased from 40 to 46 cwt.
