Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• In a written decision the North Western LA, Mr. C. R. Hodgson, has suspended, for three months, three vehicles and a trailer from the A licence of Grey Motors Ltd., of Bethesda. The suspension follows a 174/178 inquiry which was heard in Bangor on September 16, 1968, and continued on three other occasions.

An application by Grey Motors for a continuation of a B licence in respect of 13 vehicles and three trailers has been granted but three vehicles were suspended until January 1, 1970. The addition of an articulated vehicle in place of two flats has been refused.

A further application by Grey Motors for a new B licence for 12 vehicles, which if granted would have resulted in the withdrawing of the continuation application, has been refused.
