Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HAMPSHIRE haulage firm Rawlings Transport has joined the Fortec pallet network, handling the Guildford and Reading postcodes.

The Hook operator is benefiting from the takeover of the area's previous incumbent, Basingstoke haulier Priddys Transport, by Reading-based QTR Transport.

QTR is already a member of the Palle aim: network and Priddys started working with Palletline in the middle of August.

Rawlings founder and MD Terry Rawlings believes joining Fortec will increase revenue and enhance the service the firm offers to its customers. "With fuel costs rising and the networks offering timed deliveries next day across the country we could see the benefits not only for our business but for our customers," he says.

"For the time being we will focus ourefforts on the two postcodes as they are large areas to cover.

Rawlings runs a fleet of more than 50 vehicles, including 7.5, 17 and 41-tonners. It offers UK and international transport services including fuel deliveries and warehousing.
