Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

BUSINESS AT East Anglian ports is booming with three of the region's docks handling more than 2.2 million tonnes of cargo in the first half of 2006; up 3.3% on 2005.

Ipswich, Lowestoft and King's Lynn ports all handled more containers — tonnage through Lowestoft rose 42%.

Matt Jukes, port director for ABP, which owns the three ports, attributes the increases to agreements with chemical and aggregates companies.

Kings Lynn also had its first shipment of unprocessed logs and Henrikson Shipping transported a 2,500m3 cargo from Denmark. Ayrshire haulier JST Services then transported the logs to a sawmill in Northamptonshire.
