"Hello I'm in the Robin (Reliant)" is a phrase you are not likely to hear The Hawk utter as this old bird has long resisted attempts to get him to use a mobile phone. So he secretly had a good chuckle when he heard about a lorry that drove into a pole in Inistioge, County Kilkenny, Ireland, bringing down a wire and wiping out mobile phone services of Eircell customers in three counties.
It was the second incident to befall Eircell that day, as workmen accidentally severed an underground cable in County Meath. Is this a conspiracy, I wonder, by those folk who crave peace and quiet? If so, count me In.
