Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Making a brief stop near a famous landmark the driver of this Norwegian van and trailer outfit used his camera to record his first visit to London last week. Operated by Maloratus Transportbyra, an Oslo contractor. the coirebination was carrying out a household removal from Norway to a Nome Counties destination. The Tor Line ferry from Gothenburg to Immingham was used for the sea crossing. The Norwegian-bodied OAF van was towing a 30-year-old short-wheelbase trailer which was rebuilt in 1960. Although the van is used extensively on long Continental journeys it has no sleeper cab. A large folding table is provided to hinge down over the engine cowling for use by driver and mate during meal ships. Entry into this country was on a short-term B licence, and Michael Gerson Ltd., International Removers, of North London, acted as agents of the Norwegian firm.
