• A Mercedes-Benz Actros tractor was the star turn at a recent sale held by Manheim Auctions at its Colchester branch. The X-plated 2548 6x2 went for 136 ,5oo.
Seven Renault Premium 385 tractors, a mixture of 4x2s and 6x2s, came under the hammer too. They were 1998. 1999, and z000 vintage and were entered by rental giant TLS.
