Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IDIthough Bird's Eye View is not intended to be read with the same searing sense of urgency and shockhorror as CM's opening industry news pages, the Hawk, nonetheless, likes to bring stories to readers more or less in the year in which they happened. This is not always possible. You get to a certain age and deadlines slip by while you dream of the glory days of yore. However, the Hawk's progress toward those imminent, if indistinct, deadlines can only be further impeded when his friends in the industry fail to notify of the news as it happens. Take the 1995 British Truck Racing Association National 'TY Class Championship, for instance. This event culminated in a final leg at Pembray on 29 October last year when Richard Collett of the Collett Truck Racing Team emerged as winner. Sadly, when the news finally reached the Hawk, in the shape of a press release from sponsor Bridgestone dated 18 March 1996, it was about as cold as a newly shorn polar bear in an artic blizzard. But be of good cheer— right at the end the fq* &it% statement doe; reveal that Richard intends to enter next season's European Cup (which I believe has not happened

yet). That being the case you can expect to read the result on this page in time to celebrate the inillenium.
