DMT Transport Ltd has acquired the business of T. Scott Transport Ltd.
The Lincoln-based company will now provide a total warehousing capacity of 80,000 sqft and will add a further workshop complex and smalls distribution operation to its existing activities.
DMT Transport is a subsidiary of Midpeak Holdings Ltd, which is part of the Transport Development Group.
