The purpose of the seminars is to explain the details of the regulations and the implications for operators and drivers. They are divided into three sections dealing with detailed requirements for the regulations, aspects, and the interpretation of the information recorded by the tachograph.

Up until the end of June, some 84 seminars will have been held, with a total attendance of 6500. Attendance is limited to representatives of FTA member companies and the fee is £26 per person.
