AROUND 90 EMPLOYEES at Kuehne + Nagel could opt to take redundancy, after the firm said it wants to move some of its activities at Chipping Warden, Oxfordshire to other sites.
The company said: “To enable future growth and maximise space and resources effectively, a proposal has been made to transition some of the firm’s activities from its site at Chipping Warden, Oxfordshire, to alternative K+N facilities.” The statement adds that while the firm is “committed to seeking redeployment where possible for its employees, it anticipates that some 90 employees might take redundancy as a result of the changes.
Kuehne + Nagel has a national network of 120 sites.
