Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NISSAN EBRO, importer of the Perkins-powered Motor lberica (Spanish) built Ebro commercial vehicle, has launched an unusual 'No Capital' truck purchase scheme.

It enables prospective customers with limited resources to hire a new Ebro vehicle for six months, after which his Ebro dealer will refund a "substantial part" of the rental payments to provide the full purchase deposit. The customer then carries on with normal hire purchase or finance payments until the vehicle is paid for.

The scheme is underwritten by Nissan's own finance company and is designed to attract small businesses with limited cash flow which wish to expand their transport activities.

The initial monthly hire terms will be decided by individual dealers, but are described by Nissan as "highly competitive".

The scheme is available on Nissan Ebro L60 6.0-tonne gvw and L75 7.5 tonne gve models, both of which are offered as chassis cabs or panel vans with a choice of naturally aspirated or turbocharged 3.8 litre Perkins diesel engines.

Nissan Ebro has 40 British dealers at present, and prices for the Ebro L60 start at £8,500, with the L75 turbo selling at £9,550. Both prices exclude vat.
