Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PICKFORDS Removals, part of the National Freight Consortium, has acquired a 70 per cent share of a freight forwarding firm in Singapore, making it unique in a particular service that it offers.

The purchase of Interport means that the new firm — Interport-Pickfords — "is the only removals company able to offer a complete in-house, door-todoor service between Great Britain, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and, through a sister company, South Africa," claimed Denis 011iver, Pickfords' managing director.

Interport-Pickfords will offer household removals and storage, and plans to extend its services to include office relocation and document storage.
