• The 37th edition of the FTA's Yearbook of Transport Law has just been distributed to FTA members. Key updates include information on the 1 January 1999 changes to vehicle weights and the Working Time Directive. Changes in the interpretation of drivers' hours and tachograph rules are also covered and the driver licensing section has been revised. Further copies for members are available from the FTA sales office. Cost: £26.
