Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SYSTEM of overhead guide lights that is designed to reduce the risk of damage when parking or manoeuvring vehicles in confined spaces has been introduced by lnogon International of Gothenburg, Swoden.

The guide lights show the driver a pattern of arrows which point to the direction he must steer, or where he must stop or turn. Changing patterns or ar rows show which way to steer when parking or entering loading bays, warehouses and narrow passages.

Each guide light provides clear, self-evident signals which can be seen at a glance, allowing a vehicle to be accurately redirected into position.

Arrows show a driver which way to steer if he is off course.

The 110 or 220/240 volt, 11watt fluorescent lamps, have an estimated life of more than 5,000 hours. Yellow diffusers are normally fitted and, depending on the ambient light conditions, visibility is between 50 and 75 metres.

The arrows can be clearly distinguished in anything from total darkness to bright sunlight, or even mist. The units, housed in aluminium casings, weigh 2kg and require very little maintenance.
