Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEYLAND Comet lorries and a 1—J Super Hippo tractor are being used by the Bremang Gold Dredging Co. to carry dismantled 1,500-ton dredgers and supplies to various camps on the Gold Coast. The vehicles, which are based at Insu, 95 miles from Takoradi, average over 600 miles a week.

The largest single pieces of equipment are 25-ft.-long solid-steel piles, weighing more than 20 tons, which serve as anchors for the dredgers. For removal to a new site, they are mounted on trailers and drawn by the Super Hippo.

Mr. A. Minden, transport manager of the Bremang concern, states that the vehicles are giving excellent performance over roads which are little more than dirt tracks.
