THOMAS (HAMPSHIRE), trading as Southern Storage and Transport, has been granted permission to base three trailers in an area next to its units on the Farringdon Business Park, Lower Farringdon, Alton, subject to these conditions: • Other than in exceptional circumstances, there will be no more than three movements out of and three movements into the operating centre per day by licensed vehicles between 8pm and 5:30am Monday to Saturday. Where exceptional circumstances arise and more than these movements occur, the operator will keep a written record of those circumstances including the times of those movements out of and into the site and will make those records available to Vosa or the traffic commissioner on request.

• Other than in exceptional circumstances, there will be no movements out of or into the operating centre of licensed trailers between 1pm on Saturday and 5:30am on Monday or over bank holiday periods. Where exceptional circumstances arise and such movements occur, the operator will keep a written record of those circumstances including the times of those movements out of and into the facility and will make those records available to Vosa or the TC on request.

• The operator will adopt the code of practice for the operation of commercial vehicles on Farringdon Business Park and will request that its regular suppliers also adopt this code.
