Western and West Midlands traffic areas Birmingham • The TO will look at disciplinary action against Wellings, based in Telford, at a PI on 28 February. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
• On 28 February, disciplinary action against G&A Transport (Salop) based in Telford will be discussed, as well as the transport manager's repute.
Bristol • API on 11 March will consider disciplinary action against Southampton-based Boatloads International. The repute of the transport manager will also be looked at.
• At a hearing on 12 March, AJS (Devon), based in Newton Abbot, will submit a new 0-licence application.
• M&M Contractors (SW), based in Somerton, will attend a hearing on 13 March at which disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will be discussed.
• Disciplinary action against Reading-based Bateman and Sons will be considered at a hearing on 14 March.
• W Sibley and Son based in Portsmouth will attend an inquiry on 15 March at which disciplinary action will be looked at. The repute of the transport manager will also be considered.
