Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

up at 4.30am to go to a ucal haulier three miles away to collect an MAN and Tautliner. First delivery is in Oldham at 6.20am. Get tipped and am off in 45 minutes. Then on to Liverpool where 1 drop off 15 pallets and another 12 in Warrington. There I collect an empty trailer to go to Bromborough where I load for Scotland. Then collect pallets in Warrington and Garstang before returning to depot for the night. In March 1991my Class 1 licence was returned to me after it was suspended by the DULC because I am diabetic and on daily insulin. It was only after much correspondence on my part and a campaign supporting diabetic drivers by Commercial Motort hat the government did a U-turn and returned suspended licences to diabetic drivers. Every year I have to have a medical and am then awarded a licence for a year. I have to inject three times a day and do regular blood checks.
