Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Fiat has added the long-awaited common-rail turbo-diesel engine to the Doblo Cargo range. The 1.9 JIB should answer the only serious criticism of the distinctively styled van—its lack of power. Compared with the naturally aspirated 1.90, an extra 1550 pre-tax buys an extra 37hp, which gives significant improvements in performance, fuel consumption and emissions.

Debbi Cargos with the new engine are available in two trim levels: basic and SX.

As well as enhanced convenience features, including remote central locking and electric windows, the SX includes a pair of sliding side doors as standard. The Debit) is now also avail \ able to order with the full range of body options that were promised at last year's launch. These include high roof, rear roof flap and tophinged tailgate.

A heavy-duty chassis rating is also available to increase the gross payload from 625 to 805kg, while the high roof increases load volume from 3.2 to 3.8m3.

• the van building partnership between Fiat and PSA (Peugeot and Citroen) has been extended through to 2017. The partnership currently produces the newly revamped Sevel range, comprising Citroen Relay, Fiat Ducato and Peugeot Boxer, and the "mini-Sevel" range of Citroen Dispatch, Fiat Scudo and Peugeot Expert. Combined production from the two factories in Italy and France has already reached 3.5 million vans. The renewed venture kicks off with a €1.7bn investment to introduce wo new ranges of light commercials after 2005.
