Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ONE OF MY regular tasks is an informal discussion with operational officers on the Road Policing Unit (RPU) with Avon & Somerset Constabulary. These sessions are primarily to look at the drivers' hours regulations and associated legislation with a view to a better understanding of the drivers' viewpoint and designated transport managers' difficulties in applying them.

I also get good feedback regarding their difficulties and frustrations in applying the law.

At my last session I gave a brief overview of the RoadTransport (Working Hours) Regulations 2005 as they might affect road policing. I used your wallchart for this purpose, which was very useful.

Incidentally, once well read, my copies of CM go to the RPU at A&S Constabulary... they find them very useful!
