The Ultralite body is procted by registered design id by copyright owned by eville Charrold Ltd, and the aim in the proceedings is for 1 injunction to restrain the !fendants from infringing the ?sign and copyright, and om selling or offering for sale )ping bodies which infringe Le rights of Neville Charrold ;d.
