Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Bernard Levin is not everybody's favourite. He's the chap with an incisive turn of phrase wt writes for The Times. There was a time when he appeared with Mrs Frost's son, David, on satirical Saturday night TV show, the name of which thankfully escapes me.

Anyway, having established BL's identity, let us proceed.

He has been taking more than a passing interest in tachographs recently and pointed out last week that the defiance of the TGWU and URTU on the tachograph issue is doggedness • 'in the interest of pure Luddism from which only crooked drivers and rogue employers can gain' He reminds us that Bill Rodgers is a Labour moderate, a breed, he contends, that never stands and fights but always runs before the wind. Rather roguishly, Bernard suggests that Mr Rodgers is in charge of such aspects of the nation's transport policy as have r been delegated to TGWU.

It's all good readable stu it's all painfully true, but asks, how would we behave the Tories were in powe Would they accept the fact th the law is made to be obeyed must ask them one day soon,
