Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MI A self-priming drum pump introduced by Lumatic at a "budget price," has a telescopic riser or suction tube which automatically adjusts to the depths of drums from 50 to 205 litres capacity. A screw-neck fitting at the base of the pump body will fit standard sizes. The pump head and base are zinc alloy die castings while the body and linkage are zinc plated steel. A steel piston with brass rings completes the lever pump's specification. It is designed for oils and other non-corrosive liquids, and will handle up to 300cc at each stroke. Options are a hose to be fitted to the spout, or a non-drip nozzle that can be rotated 180° from its pouring position.
