MARIA WALMSLEY has a secret admirer — her husband, Stanley. He has written without her knowledge to tell me how wonderful she is.
And what husband would not be proud of a slim, 5ft 5in, highly attractive 27-year-old woman of "tremendous personality" who, apart from having six children, runs a heavy goods vehicle driving school? She herself teaches Class I and II candidates but also employs two part-time instructors. Stanley isn't exactly idle, either. He runs a dairy farm and a haulage business with the intriguing address Middle Bank Top Farm, Burnley Road East, Lumb-in-Rossendale.
