ADUMPER, valued at £350. is being offered by the Thwaites Engineering Co., Ltd., Leamington Spa, to the person who can put 18 dumper virtues in the best order of merit. Proceeds from the 6d.-a-line entries will be donated to the British Empire Cancer Compaign. The dumper will be presented to the winner at the November Building Exhibition by Mr. Harmar Nicholls, Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Works.
