Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IN response to many requests from lorry owners who, for various reasons, require standing lights, the Viihers Engineering Co., Ltd., has produced an entirely new lighting set which incorporates a small six-volt direct-current generator, a six-volt accumulator, and an automatic cut-out. The dynamo, which is capable of producing about 4 amps. at 2,000 r.p.m., is driven by a

V-belt and is connected by a single cable to the switchboard unit. The latter is intended for mounting on the dashboard of a lorry and it carries not only the switch, ammeter and fuse, but also the junction box

and a six-volt 10-ampere-hour accumulator. As a result, the wiring is very greatly simplified and all those parts which are liable to require any attention are under the driver's eye. A.-further indication of the care which has been taken in designing this set is that all tile terminals are of the spring-loaded Variety and each terminal is plainly marked. The. set, which includes the dynamo, switchboard complete 'with accumulator, two 6-in. headlamps and a rear lamp, is priced at .10 guineas. An alternative set with 9-in. headlamps will also be available, but its price has not yet been fixed. The wiring diagram below is reproduced from The Motor Trader.
