Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WILTSHIRE-BASED D Mortimer & Sons, the haulier behind the “Eat More Chips” livery, is looking to re-organise the transport side of its business, according to owner Jonathan Ovens.

The haulier, which runs as a partnership, had been subject to a winding-up petition issued by HM Revenue and Customs on 28 September sparking rumours that the business had ceased trading, but Ovens tells CM the business is still going.

“We are basically re-organising the business,” he says. “The total family business is involved in a number of things including transport, and we will be in a position to discuss [the re-organisation] next week.” A spokesman for HMRC says they do not comment on the tax affairs of individuals, and was unable to give any update on the progress of the winding-up petition.
