• A PI on 1 November will look at disciplinary action against Pwllheli, Gwynedd-based William James Owen. The repute of the transport manager will also be up for discussion.
• On 2 November, a PI will look at disciplinary action against Emyr Wyn Williams and Partners trading as EW and H Williams and Sons, based in Caernarfon, Gwynedd. The repute of the transport manager will also be under consideration.
• Disciplinary action against Dawsons (Wales), based in Gwynedd will be discussed at a PI on 2 November. The transport manager’s repute will also be looked at.
Warrington
• Miles Macadam Products based in Malpas, Cheshire, will attend a PI on 4 November, at which disciplinary action will be on the agenda.
• Cheshire-based Kexiu Ward, trading as KXW Transport, will make a new application at a PI on 8 November.
• North Mersey Recycling, based in Liverpool, is due before the TC on 8 November.
