• Danzas UK is facing an investigation by the Health & Safety Executive following recent spillages of chemicals on the Ml. Phil Gifford, investigating for the HSE, says that it is not an offence to have non-dangerous substances labelled as dangerous. Until all enquiries have been conducted Danzas will not know what action will follow. A spokesman for the company says he will only comment once all the facts became known.
