Fullerton, 66, and now Forest Freight chairman, tells CM: "We still want to be a family business, we do not want to be a multinational who does not quite know who its employers are.
"Like most people, we have had our ups and downs, and changes in management. but we have been here since 1972 and we will continue to be here."
