Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

James Clark points his browser at Junction 6, the West Midlands dealer Junction 6 Commercials, that is.

Company: Junction 6 Commercials Address: www.thomassgroup.com/Junctiono.asp

OVERVIEW

Similar to its sister company Summerdale Truck Bodies, Junction 6 Commercials has a website that is uncluttered and easy to navigate. To view the vehicles for sale, click on the 'stock list' link and select a category from the drop-down menu, such as 'trailers' or 'vans'. There is no search function, but the information is presented so clearly that this isn't a problem.

At the time of writing, most of the vehicles in slock were rigids and tractor units, with only a small number of light CVs. Oaf was the predominant marque.

Click on the thumbnail photo of any vehicle of interest to see a comprehensive specification, including make, model, year, GVW, dimensions, engine type and mileage.

Multiple photos are available for each vehicle, clearly showing the interior and exterior from various angles. Prices are on application.

COMMENTS

As well as the stocklist, the site also boasts a photo gallery of previously soId vehicles an unusual, if not unwelcome, feature. Less surprising is the 'contact us' page, which gives opening hours for Junction 6's Birmingham site, along with a map and directions, so you can find your way there.

And should you wish to dispose of a vehicle or indeed your entire fleet complete the form on the 'sell your truck' page and Junction 6 promises to get back to you with a "free quote within 24 hours".

CONCLUSION

A well-designed website that gives you everything you need and nothing you don't.
