Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A TRUCK driving instructor died last week after getting sandwiched between his 7.5-tonne training vehicle and an LGV in Northamptonshire.

The incident happened at 9.40am on Monday 17 March at the Crick Truckstop on the A5, where the instructor's pupil was practising driving techniques. The instructor was supervising outside the 7.5-tonner when he was struck by it and trapped.

He was taken by air ambulance to Walsgrave Hospital but subsequently died.

The instructor has since been named by police as Alan Paul Underwood, of Clinton Road, Far Cotton, Northampton.
