Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DUNLOP is claiming that the application of low-profile 70-Series lorry tyres to fire engines can give improvements in performance similar to those of cars fitted with low-profile tyres.

Trials have been carried out with the Cambridge Fire and Rescue Service, some of whose vehicles were converted to Dunlop's SP111 70-Series tyres in the size 10.R70-22.5.

According to Dunlop, every driver in the Service noticed an immediate improvement, particularly in road holding, cornering and braking in wet conditions.

Careful monitoring of the tyres, says the company, has shown that they are ideal for the type of conditions under which the Cambridgeshire Service operates.
