Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A iin. stop valve suitable for working pressures of 6,000 psi. has been introduced by Hale, Hamilton (Valves).

It is suitable for use with a wide range of gases and oils as the design incorporates an aluminium bronze body and stainless steel valve spindle.

Careful design has produced a simple unit with the number of parts reduced to a minimum, so that backlash experienced in certain parts of other designs of valve has been eliminated. At the same time, sealing of the pressure parts is effected by the use of a single 0-ring, while the effort required for operation under high pressures is kept to a minimum.

Made by: Hale, Hamilton (Valves) Ltd., Frays Mill Works, Cowley Road, Uxbridge, Middx.
