Clayton Dewandre has now begun the manufacture on a production basis of its G-matic Mk.2 load-sensing valve which was introduced at the last Commercial Motor Show.
The unit, designed to fail-safe in the event of breakage of the striking mechanism, is responsive to dynamic changes of load and simple to install. It is immediately available from stock.
There are three versions— one, a standard unit (for use with trucks or tractive units with single rear axles) two, one that incorporates a relay valve (for use with truck or tractive unit rear bogies) and three. one with a built-in relay emergency valve
