A quick. PAYE system suitable for firms with four to 400 employees introduced by Matrix Systems, consists of a loose-leaf binder and two sizes of payroll and payslip sheet, each for nine or 13 employees, packed in sufficient quantities for 55 paydays.
It is easy and quick to use because it is based on a principle which carries the required figures forward from week to week. This, it is claimed, not only makes the payroll procedure very simple but also solves the P35 record problem at the end of year. The system provides for departmental wage analysis. Its cost to use: 1 d per person per payday.
