Unlike those men in recovering a private car, the problems that can arise through bringing in a commercial vehicle cannot be determined until one has the job in hand, and therefore charges must be made on an hourly and mileage basis, with the hours accounting for the staff employed and the mileage incurred by the breakdown vehicle charged at an economic rate.
