• HWP Engineering Co. Ltd„ of Doncaster, trailer manufacturer, held a reception for suppliers and customers last week to mark the opening of its new manufacturing plant at Sandy Lane, Doncaster, The 60,000 sq.ft. building houses all existing trailer building activities under one roof and will provide adequate space for production line assembly and room for increased production. Approximately 80 semi-trailers weekly are currently being produced for National Carriers Ltd. as part of an order for 900 units.
