• Three overloading prosecutions (CM, June 6) brought by the MoT Northern area enforcement section, which were to be heard On July 2, previously adjourned after a case against another haulier was dismissed, have been adjourned again—this time by request of the defence. A date for a future hearing is to be fixed.
