Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Delivery is currently being made to the East Kent Road Car Co. Ltd. of 20 Daimler Fleetline double-deckers with the new standard Park Royal 9-metre body. The design is basically the same as the dual-entrance 10-metre body which appeared at Earls Court last year, and is of steel-framed construction with alloy truss panels and components.

Modifications include the design of the front and rear domes, eliminating the peaks, although they remain optional and are employed on 10-metre dual-entrance buses currently being built for Sheffield City Transport. An increase of 9in. in the depth of the front screens improves the good balance of the design.

A new customer for Park Royal is Coventry City Transport, which has on order 18 9-metre standard bodies to be fitted with dual entrances and mounted on Daimler Fleetline chassis.
