• Consideration of disciplinary action against Carmarthen-based Andrew Herbert, and the renewal of his licence for six vehicles and two trailers, has been adjourned for the second time. South Wales LA John Pugh is awaiting the outcome of a prosecution and evidence that outstanding back duty has been paid.
