Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COACH DRIVERS in Oxford will find life even more difficult in the city as the redevelopment of the Gloucester Green coach park means express coaches and local buses will need more onstreet stopping places.

As a result the city council is withdrawing the designated tourist coach pick-up and letdown point outside the Taylor Institute in St Giles from August 5.

The city has two other onstreet coach stopping places in George Street ;Ind Speedell Street, but wants coaches to use the Oxpens lorry park as much as possible.

The ban on coaches using the streets of most interest to the tourists they carry remains in force, and the council stresses that coaches arc only allowed to stop at the designated points when passengers are in the act of boarding or getting down from the vehicles. It is an offence to stop for a moment longer.
