NORFOLK-BASED truck and trailer rental company Collease will open up a used sales operation on Trafford Park.
The move follows Collease’s purchase of its Manchester depot for an undisclosed sum. Duncan Scillitoe, general manager and director, says: “Manchester represents the biggest part of Collease’s business, accounting for 30% with 800 trucks and trailers, and vans.
“We are going to add a used truck sales operation and recruit four-to-six technicians for a workshop on site and introduce mobile repair vans,” he says.
Collease, part of the Peter Colby Group, has eight UK locations.
