• Elf says its Tecnic 3500 engine oil has proved to be a great sales success since its launch last year. This 15W/50 mineralbased oil can be used in almost all diesel and petrol engines but has been designed with European heavy-duty diesel engine requirements in mind. A particular benefit is this lubricant's suitability for mixed fleet applications—one product will cover all vehicle types, says Elf. Tecnic 3500 offers an extended-drain capability and a formula that is said to protect low-emission engines from wear and sludge.
